Covid-19 has had an impact on the availability of some products and their shipping. We are currently limiting shipping to clients based in the United States and only offering products that are made in the US. All orders totaling more than $69 ship for free!
What is your Return Policy?
You can shop from Gold Dog Whistle with confidence. We stand by the products we sell. If you aren’t happy with your order when you receive it, you have 20 days from the date of purchase to return it. Just contact us for instructions on how to send it back.
If your return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part, shipping is on us! If you change your mind about your order, you must pay the shipping charges to return the merchandise.
How safe are your products for my dog?
Safety is a big concern for any dog owner. Products made in China are causing pets and their owners a lot of health issues and worries. Gold Dog Whistle makes every effort to find products that are made in the USA! When that isn’t possible, we opt for high-quality products from reliable sources.
We aren’t a pet supply company that sells a variety of dog feed and treats. As a lifelong dog owner and someone who underwent a crash course in finding a quality dog food for a dog with a serious health condition, I know how important giving a dog a healthy, balanced diet is. That’s why, although we don’t sell these products, I will provide information about issues like feeding your dog a healthy diet in the blog.
How long will it take my shipment to arrive? Most products ship within 48 hours. Those that require customization or are created after your order is placed will take longer as specified in the item description. Orders to the US usually take up to seven days while those shipped internationally should arrive within two weeks.
