RETURN POLICY

We don’t want you to just be satisfied with your shopping experience. We want you to be ecstatic, blown away, purely delighted, and totally enthused. Let’s be honest; we want you to enjoy your experience so much that you can’t wait to repeat the experience again.

At the same time, we want to protect the safety and health of all our furry customers. For soft products, returns and exchanges are limited to those products that are defective. The only exception for cloth items like collars, apparel, or dog beds is when the product doesn’t match the stated size.

If you decide to return your order, contact us for instructions within 15 days of receiving it. We will accept items in new, unused condition in the original packaging. If your return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or incorrect sizing, we’ll cover the shipping for you, too. You will be required to pay the shipping on any change-of-mind returns on permitted items.
